Stone Point Capital works actively and collaboratively with its portfolio companies to create value. Among other things, Stone Point Capital enhances its portfolio companies in the following ways:

Access to Network: leveraging its extensive network of contacts identify and recruit talented management and directors, and to assist the development of a portfolio company’s business;

Strategic Assistance: working closely with management teams to formulate and analyze business plans and strategic objectives, including identification and evaluation of acquisition opportunities, new business initiatives and restructuring plans;

Liaising with Regulators and Rating Agencies: employing experience in working with regulators in the United States, Bermuda, United Kingdom, Ireland and elsewhere to assist portfolio companies establishing operations in these jurisdictions and in their dealings with rating agencies and regulators;

Reporting and Risk Management: assisting in developing extensive financial reporting, compliance and risk management practices; and

Exit Strategies: developing and executing optimal exit strategies.
