Robert J. Newhouse, Jr. Senior Advisor

Robert J. Newhouse, Jr. is a Senior Advisor of Stone Point and most recently was involved in the formation of Harbor Point Limited and PARIS RE Holdings Limited. Previously, Mr. Newhouse played a leading role in the formation of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AXIS from 2001 until 2002 and Chairman of the Executive Committee from 2002 until 2005. Prior to AXIS, Mr. Newhouse was a founder of Mid Ocean Limited and served as its Chairman from 1992 until it was sold in 1998. Mr. Newhouse spent more than thirty years at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in various positions, including President, and played a leading role in the formation of ACE Limited and XL Capital Ltd., serving as a founding director of both companies.
