Richard A. Goldman is a Principal and the Chief
Financial Officer of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldman was with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. where,
most recently, he was Director of Financial Analysis & Reporting.
Mr. Goldman joined MMC in 1985. From 1984 to 1985, he was the Controller
of Cablentertainment Corp., and from 1981 to 1984, he held several
positions with United Cable Television Corporation. Mr. Goldman began
his career in 1979 at Hecht & Co., a public accounting firm. He
holds a B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and
is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sally A. DeVino is
the Vice President - Finance Operations of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1995. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Manager
with BDO Seidman, where for eight years she provided audit, tax and
consulting services in the manufacturing, construction, banking and
not-for-profit industries. Ms. DeVino holds a B.S. from Manhattan College
and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ivan Flores is the Director of IT of Stone Point
Capital and has been with the firm since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Flores was a systems engineer with Dynalog Technologies, where for over two
years
he provided design, planning, implementation and consulting services
in
systems integration. Mr. Flores holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer
Science from Hobart College.

William J. Santaniello is the Controller of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Accounting Manager at Lime Rock Partners. Mr. Santaniello began his career in 2002 at Deloitte & Touche, where he provided audit services for clients in the private equity and financial services industries, most recently as an Audit Manager. Mr. Santaniello holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
