Darran A. Baird is a Principal of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baird was with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., where he was the Deputy Head of Strategic Development from 2004 to 2006. Previously, Mr. Baird was a Managing Director at Securitas Capital, a private equity fund sponsored by Swiss Reinsurance Company, from 1996 to 2004. At Securitas Capital, he was responsible for numerous private equity investments through the Securitas Capital Fund as well as leading the acquisitions of several reinsurance and financial services companies for Swiss Re. Prior to joining Swiss Re, he was an Associate at Smith Barney in the Insurance Investment Banking Group, where he specialized in the insurance industry and worked on a variety of merger and acquisition advisory and capital raising assignments. Mr. Baird is a director of GENEX Services, Inc. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University.

Kurt E. Bolin is a Principal of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bolin was with GE Capital, where he held various private equity positions from 1986 to 1997, most recently as Managing Director of the Equity Capital Group. In addition to private equity investing, Mr. Bolin's activities at GE Capital included leading the acquisitions of various insurance companies. Mr. Bolin is a director of Edgewood Partners Insurance Center, GENEX Services, Inc., Mercator Risk Services, Inc., Symbion, Inc., and Wilton Re Holdings Limited. He holds a B.S. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Emanuel Citron is an Associate of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Citron was the CEO of an online dating service, which he led into partnership with its largest competitor. Prior to this, he was an Analyst at Beacon Group from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Citron holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey Cohen is a Principal of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cohen was with Dillon, Read, where he was an insurance industry equity research analyst. Prior to joining Dillon, Read, Mr. Cohen was an insurance industry equity research analyst at several investment banking firms, including Goldman, Sachs & Co., S.G. Warburg and PaineWebber. He holds a B.F.A. from California Institute of the Arts and an M.B.A. from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Sally A. DeVino is the Vice President - Finance Operations of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1995. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Manager with BDO Seidman, where for eight years she provided audit, tax and consulting services in the manufacturing, construction, banking and not-for-profit industries. Ms. DeVino holds a B.S. from Manhattan College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christopher M. Doody is a Principal of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Doody was with Merrill Lynch & Co., where he was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Doody is a director of GENEX Holdings, Inc. Mr. Doody holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Richard A. Goldman is a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldman was with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. where, most recently, he was Director of Financial Analysis & Reporting. Mr. Goldman joined MMC in 1985. From 1984 to 1985, he was the Controller of Cablentertainment Corp., and from 1981 to 1984, he held several positions with United Cable Television Corporation. Mr. Goldman began his career in 1979 at Hecht & Co., a public accounting firm. He holds a B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael D. Gregorich is a Principal of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gregorich was a Senior Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group, where he specialized in the insurance industry and worked on a variety of merger and acquisition advisory and capital raising assignments. Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Gregorich was a commercial lending officer at Chemical Bank. Mr. Gregorich is a director of APCO Holdings, Inc., CAPRI Enterprises LLC, Cyprexx Services, LLC., Signal Holdings LLC and ZC Sterling Corporation. Mr. Gregorich holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Muhtadie was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston from 2000 to 2003. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Muhtadie was a Financial Analyst at Aon Capital Markets. Mr. Muhtadie is a director of Capri Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Muhtadie holds a B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Peter M. Mundheim is a Principal and Counsel of Stone Point Capital and has been with the firm since 2001. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Mundheim was an attorney at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in the corporate department. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Mr. Mundheim served as a law clerk for Chancellor William T. Allen in the Delaware Court of Chancery. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Mundheim was an assistant product manager at Commerce Clearing House in Chicago. Mr. Mundheim is a director of APCO Holdings, Inc., Capri Enterprises LLC, Edgewood Partners Holdings, LLC and ZC Sterling Corporation. Mr. Mundheim holds an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wermuth was with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton where from 1996 to 1999 he was a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Mr. Wermuth served as a law clerk to a federal judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Wermuth holds a B.A. from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.

He also worked as a summer associate at Catamount Capital and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Zerbib is a director of The ARC Group, LLC, Edgewood Partners Holdings, LLC, Mercator Risk Services, Inc., PARIS RE Holdings Limited, Preferred Concepts Holdings LLC and Privilege Underwriters, Inc. He holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
