Senior Advisors
Donald J Herrema is a Senior Advisor of Stone Point Capital and the founder of BlackSterling Partners, LLC. Mr. Herrema has more than 25 years of executive experience in the asset management and private wealth segments. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Bessemer Trust, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Loring Ward, a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Trust (subsidiary of Invesco), and Head of Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. He began his career at Wells Fargo Bank, where he ultimately served as both President of Wells Fargo Securities and Head of the Mutual Funds Division. He has a strong track record of growing businesses both strategically and via acquisitions, including introducing unique investment offerings. Mr. Herrema has a B.A. from Whittier College and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Philip V. Moyles, Jr. is a Senior Advisor of Stone Point Capital. Mr. Moyles has 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to coming to Stone Point, Mr. Moyles was an Executive Vice President and CEO of the Americas for Marsh Inc. Over a 20-year career at Marsh, he was Head of Global Products and Services, had responsibility for the managing general underwriting platform of the firm (Victor O’Shinnerer), led their distribution efforts and built the Private Equity and M&A Services business. He also led the formation of MARI, which was the first side car created directly for the property catastrophe risks of corporate clients. He was on the Marsh Inc. Board of Directors and its Operating and Executive Committees. Mr. Moyles also served on the Board of Overseers for St. John’s University School of Risk Management. He has a B.A. in history from Kenyon College and is a graduate of the Tuck School of Business, Executive Program.

Robert J. Newhouse, Jr. is a Senior Advisor
of Stone Point Capital
and most recently was involved in the formation of Harbor Point Limited
and
PARIS RE Holdings Limited. Previously, Mr. Newhouse played a leading
role
in the formation of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors
of
AXIS from 2001 until 2002, and Chairman of the Executive Committee
from 2002
until 2005. Prior to AXIS, Mr. Newhouse was a founder of Mid Ocean
Limited and
served as its Chairman from 1992 until it was sold in 1998. Mr. Newhouse
spent over 30 years at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in various positions, including President,
and
played a leading role in the formation of ACE Limited and XL Capital
Ltd.,
serving as a founding director of both companies.

John T. Sinnott is a Senior Advisor of Stone Point Capital. Mr. Sinnott served as Vice Chairman, Office of the Chief Executive Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., a financial services company, from July 2005 to December 2006 and as a Senior Advisor to Marsh & McLennan from 2003 to 2005. He joined Marsh & McLennan in 1963 and, until his retirement in 2003, held various positions at Marsh, Inc. and its predecessors including Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Sinnott is a former director of James River Group, Inc.

Chris C. Stroup is a Senior Advisor of Stone
Point Capital. He is
also the Chairman and CEO of Wilton Re Holdings Limited. Mr. Stroup
joined Stone Point Capital in 2004 from Swiss Re Life & Health
America where he held the position of CEO. Prior to joining Swiss Re,
he was
a partner at Ernst & Young. Mr. Stroup holds a B.S. in economics
from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from
the
Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

John L. Townsend, III is a Senior Advisor of Stone Point Capital. Mr. Townsend is a private investor who has been actively involved in alternative asset classes as an outside member of the Riverstone Group, a private investment fund, and a member of the Executive Committee of the University of North Carolina Investment Fund and other foundations and endowments. He was previously employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1987 to 2002, serving as a general partner from 1992 to 1999 and a managing director from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Townsend is a director of Castle Point Capital, Belk, Inc. and International Paper Company.
